Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to help ensure your plants arrive safely and avoid weekend delays. We currently do not offer shipping holds.
All orders are shipped via UPS 3–5 Day Standard Shipping unless upgraded at checkout. UPS 1-Day & 2-Day Shipping upgrades are available for faster delivery and added protection during transit.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee is ONLY valid on orders upgraded to Next Day Shipping & Weather Protection.
We take pride in carefully packaging every cutting, corm, and plant with love and care, but once packages leave
our hands, shipping conditions are unfortunately beyond our control.

✨ Weather Protection Policy ✨
Weather protection is not required but is strongly recommended to help protect your plants during extreme temperatures.
Temperatures below 40°F or above 80°F can result in stressed, damaged, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) plants, cuttings, or corms. Orders shipped without weather protection during these conditions will NOT qualify for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
Your plants’ safety matters to us, and we highly encourage adding the appropriate weather protection to your order during extreme seasonal temperatures.
